SEMIKUBE®

SEMIKUBE is a highly versatile platform designed to fit high power air- and water-cooled applications. Suitable for outdoor cabinets, this platform can be placed in environments subject to high temperature fluctuations. The platform’s modular design facilitates simple cabinet integration thanks to the separation of the main cooling air flow through the heatsink and its IP54 rated mounting flange. Due to its concept SEMIKUBE has been able to cover voltage rating and topology changes to cope with new energy market needs, like 1500Vdc voltage (SEMIKUBE 1500V) and 3level topology (SEMIKUBE MLI).
