The Evolution of an Industry Standard

SEMITRANS 3+ retains the well-known 62 mm housing dimensions and external interfaces that have made SEMITRANS 3 one of the most widely adopted power module platforms in the industry. Behind the familiar package, however, lies a thoroughly optimized internal design engineered for modern power electronics requirements.
