Reporting System
Our reporting system allows you to easily and, if preferred, anonymously report any observations or concerns about behaviors or actions that may impact our company or individuals' wellbeing. Every report is handled with the utmost confidentiality by our Compliance & Risk function. During investigations, only those who can provide relevant information are contacted on a strict need-to-know basis.
Good-faith whistleblowing is always protected at Semikron Danfoss – there are no negative consequences, breaches of trust, or sanctions for reporting.
For concerns within EU member states, you also have the option to report directly to external authorities. You can find an overview here.
However, by using our internal system, we can respond more quickly, implementing preventive and corrective measures when necessary. Therefore, we encourage you primarily to use the Danfoss Ethics Hotline.
