As a global company, we are aware of our corporate responsibility and are committed to upholding human rights, respecting the rights of our employees as well as employees from the entire supply chain, and protecting the environment.

We have signed the principles of the UN Global Compact and are thus committed to ten fundamental principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption. We are committed to monitoring not only our own business practices, but also those of our suppliers, and to ensuring that fundamental rights are respected.

The German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) has been mandatory for all German companies with more than 3,000 employees in Germany since January 1, 2023. The LkSG regulates corporate due diligence obligations to protect environmental and human rights in their own business operations and global supply chains.
