We want to make sure you get the job that best matches your qualifications, skill-set and personal profile. That’s why we take the process of hiring quite seriously. Find out more details about our application process below. 

The selection process starts when we receive your application. To begin with, your application is considered by a recruiter, who is familiar with both the scope of the job and the department that has an opening. If the recruiter thinks your profile and competencies match the job requirements, your application is forwarded for review to the hiring manager.

If the hiring manager thinks your application matches the requirements for the opening, you will be invited to an interview.  An interview can consist of a conversation over video or telephone, followed by one or more face to face conversations and assessment tests. During the interview process, you will meet the hiring manager and possibly some of your future co-workers. We will get the chance to get to know you, and you will get the information you need to decide if Semikron Danfoss is the right match for you.

If we agree that we should team up, the terms and conditions for your employment will be agreed based on local conditions. Candidates not selected in the final round will receive the information by e-mail or telephone, and we might consider you for other job openings.
