As part of the ongoing development of our processes and our constant efforts to further improve customer service, we will record in the future all complaints (services and repairs) centrally, clarify initial technical details directly with you, and provide you with the shipping data required for a return shipment to Semikron Danfoss.

Merchandise Return to Semikron Danfoss

Semikron Danfoss will assume the costs of the return shipment for all complaints within the agreed warranty period. Therefore, to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, please understand that we will not accept returns where an RMA has not been issued before returning the goods in question.
